In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the sotpk platform — whether or not you have registered an account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the sotpk platform and, if registered, contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the sotpk platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

To register and maintain an active sotpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party).
• You have not previously had a sotpk account permanently closed for misconduct, fraud, terms violation, or for any other reason at sotpk's sole discretion.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
• You are accessing sotpk from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is permitted under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your location.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any third party in the operation of the account.

Each person may hold only one (1) sotpk account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a fundamental breach of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices are used.

Upon successful registration, sotpk will create an account for your exclusive use. The following rules govern your account at all times:

1. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. sotpk will never ask you for your password via any channel.
2. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including false age declarations — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure.
3. KYC Verification: All accounts are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. Primary KYC document for Pakistani players is the CNIC. sotpk may request additional documents — including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — at any time.
4. Account Currency: The sotpk account currency is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and other supported Pakistani payment methods are credited in PKR. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of deposit confirmation.
5. Account Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to the inactivity fee schedule set out in our fee schedule documentation. Account balances are not forfeited due to inactivity.
6. Account Closure: You may close your sotpk account at any time by contacting support. All pending wagers must be settled before closure is finalised. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

sotpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT TRC20. Method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at sotpk is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes. sotpk does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: sotpk processes withdrawals only to verified accounts (completed KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. sotpk charges no withdrawal fees on any method. Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 10–60 minutes during normal business hours. Withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence review may take up to 72 hours.

Refused Transactions: sotpk reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or failure to satisfy applicable compliance requirements.

sotpk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the eligibility requirements specified in each individual promotion's terms, including minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified: casino slot games contribute 100% toward wagering clearance; live casino games contribute 20%; sports betting single bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.70; combination bets and system bets contribute at the rate stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be used within the validity period stated in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and their associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• sotpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or discontinue any promotional campaign at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and actively in use.
• sotpk reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other activity deemed to constitute manipulation of promotional terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new sotpk members only, one per player, one per household, and one per device. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or identities constitutes fraud.

All sports betting activity at sotpk — including cricket betting, PSL match odds, live in-play betting, and any other sports markets — is governed by the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only upon confirmation being displayed on the sotpk platform. Network errors or technical failures during the bet placement process do not constitute acceptance. sotpk is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Odds: All odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. sotpk reserves the right to correct any odds displayed in error, including after bet acceptance, where the displayed odds deviated materially from true market odds due to a technical or human error. In such cases, bets will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at sotpk's discretion.
• Maximum Payout: sotpk operates maximum payout limits per event and per player, which may be updated from time to time. Details of applicable maximum payouts are available within the betting interface. Winnings that would exceed the maximum payout limit will be paid at the maximum limit only.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement (where the event does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time), incorrect market pricing due to data feed errors, or regulatory order. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to data feed accuracy. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the risk of the player. In-play bets placed after an event result has been determined but before the sotpk platform has updated the market will be voided and stakes returned.

All casino games available at sotpk — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot games, arcade games, crash games, and the Insect Master title — are governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game:

• RNG Certification: All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino and slot games at sotpk use certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results, account history, deposit amounts, or any other factor.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live game outcomes are determined by the physical action of the dealer (dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel, etc.) and are independently verifiable through the video stream recording available for review.
• Interrupted Games: If a game round is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical failure — whether on the player's side or sotpk's side — the game round will be resolved based on the game's last confirmed state at the time of interruption. sotpk is not responsible for interrupted rounds caused by the player's connectivity issues.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for slot and casino games represent long-term theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may differ substantially from published RTP figures. sotpk does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or winning amount within any playing session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at sotpk and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one sotpk account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to use your sotpk account
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or compromise sotpk's technical infrastructure, software, game logic, or security systems
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with sotpk gaming products
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit sotpk markets
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors — any such discoveries must be reported to sotpk support immediately
• Using sotpk for any money laundering, financial crime, or activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic withdrawal of bonus funds prior to clearing wagering requirements through any deliberate playing pattern
• Chargebacks or reversal requests for deposits that have been wagered on the platform

sotpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an entertainment activity and nothing more. The following responsible gaming provisions are mandatory features of every sotpk account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard at any time. Limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, sotpk will suspend betting activity for the relevant period. Loss limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool helps prevent extended play sessions driven by in-session emotional decisions rather than planned gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cool-off period) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, no deposits, bets, or casino games may be accessed. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely and prevents re-registration. sotpk will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of application.

All content on the sotpk platform — including but not limited to the sotpk name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of sotpk or its duly licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use sotpk's gaming platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any sotpk content or software.

Any unauthorised use of sotpk's intellectual property — including reproduction of the sotpk brand for commercial purposes without written consent — will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sotpk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

sotpk shall not be liable — under any theory of liability including tort, contract, or otherwise — for: any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the sotpk platform, even if sotpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sotpk does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may affect platform availability. sotpk will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

sotpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Regulatory instruction from a competent authority requiring suspension or closure
• Commercial decision by sotpk to cease operations or withdraw services from a particular market

Upon account termination for cause (breach of these Terms & Conditions), sotpk may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and/or in satisfaction of claims arising from the breach. In cases of termination not involving player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the sotpk platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under sotpk's international gaming license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and sotpk, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. sotpk is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our support team will acknowledge all written disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under sotpk's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available in the licensing information section accessible from the sotpk platform.

sotpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect the rights or obligations of Players — sotpk will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with each player account and/or via a prominent notice on the sotpk platform.

Non-material amendments (including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information) may take effect without advance notice and will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the sotpk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
